Dear All,

I am putting these links in for anyone who wants to get reliable scientific information or anyone who wants to see the information actually used to make decisions. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but this is the good stuff!


The first is to a Youtube video from the Editor of JAMA interviewing a senior American doctor / scientist about the virus. To explain in medical publishing there are 3 big journals whose credibility is high. NEJM = the New England Journal of Medicine BMJ = British Medical Journal and JAMA = The Journal of the American Medical Association. In medical terms these are the top for both quality and being listened to. The interview is aimed at doctors and is long and at times technical but not so much so that it is useless to others. The interest is as much in what is not yet clear as anything else. It also helps put future devlopments in perspective.It is approx 45 minutes long .
