is the article that I read just going to show what you can make from some tinned food, panty staples and the odd extra ingredient. I think this is a great thing to inspire folks but I was amazed that the younger generation in the survey viewed canned food as suspect and often wouldn't touch it!

Jack (as mentioned above) is now vegan, her earlier books however are more omnivorous...
