This was in an 8 Litre Dutch Oven over a wood fire.
Line DO with Parchment/baking paper:

Drain tinned Fruit (peaches, pears, pineapple and rhubarb and add:

Add 2 packets of Sponge Mix:

Add cinnamon and brown sugar:

I forgot a tin of sprite

After 35/40 mins check:

Serve with Custard:

No mess left in DO as you just lift out and throw the paper at the end.
