Yellow Food Grade Buckets

I work within the catering industry and I can get hold of some Buckets for free, to use to store some food in.

The buckets were originally filled with mayonnaise, so I persume they are food grade buckets, my only concern is that they are yellow not white.

Will this make any difference if I put the food in mylar style bags, inside the yellow buckets??

Surely it doesn't matter if they are food grade or not if you are prepacking in Mylar bags.

I would assume that if they are used for food they are food grade.
