Came to prepping as I have learn the hard way that in time of need and hardship your contact list seem to melt like snow on a sunny day, so better to be ready by yourself and count on no one. Also have a family to take care off...... although my other half doesn't seem to see it that way and think she does it all around here

Hmmmm - a random fact? Here's one for you: I, and many of our members, have little patience for those who have an 'overwhelming sense of importance' of their own opinion.
I'd say you'll last about a month on here with an attitude like that.
