After watching Doomsday Preppers on the National Geographic channel Isaw a man going into a pet store and buying fish antibiotics he then claimed that fish antibiotics are the same (or work just as well) as human antibiotics, is this true or is it televisual nonsense?

To start you off. Any more and just put in a search for fish antibiotics. There's about 6 pages of posts where it's mentioned.

thank you that did help and I did some more investigation and have found that they are one in the same either listed as fish antibiotics or fish tank antibiotics I have also found that antibiotics for other animals such cows and dogs that sort of thing are not the same and can have crazy doses of stuff and contain other ingredients that are not so human friendly such as ketamine.
