Using a chimnea to smoke meat

Just saw this article and thought I would share it.

Chimneas seem cool

I still have yet to buy myself one for ethanol use indoors, but its coming soon :) And then another outdoor one for BBQ / low smoke fire pit etc. Apparently the chimney effect gets rid of (or substantially reduces) the smoke of a real fire making them ideal for use in an urban setting.

And maybe one could create a wood gas stove type chimney on the top to burn off even more smoke and make more usable heat . . . . . ?

I don't know either, just an idea.
