Hello from Cornwall

Post by Amber_Leith »

My story isn't all that different to anybody elses on here, my instincts tell me this sick country/world is going to collapse either through decadence or not being able to burden a serious emergency. Psychologically we are weak as f-ck collectively.

I was homeless about 5 years ago and learned that living out of a backpack is no fun at all, it was motivation to start prepping when I managed to get back into work. Since then I've kept a regular 2 month supply of food ticking over in the flat with more supplies hidden elsewhere.

I don't think I'll need more than a 2 month supply in the event of a major collapse, as by that point at the latest I expect I'll already be forced to move on.

Long term I'm undecided on what I need to get ready for but I guess I should look longer term.

Hi there, not a million miles from you myself.
Would imagine from living rough you would have some helpful instincts for prepping.

Hi,

Yeah I definitely have, I don't mean to sound like a snob about this (strange as it sounds lol) but I almost laugh at some of the plans/comments I read from people who plan on bugging out should there be a serious situation, they've no idea what it is they're getting in for.

I'm not here to talk about that though, I want to see what other people are preparing for and what they are doing about it.
