Well that's a horrible looking website. I certainly wouldn't use anything they were selling. But then I am a techy snob who would expect that someone with something like that to sell would at least spend the money on better promotional material if this is their only advertising source?

I read the first page until I got to this.

Not sure I would put much stock into the information they provide, judging from their layout, statement (just appear to be opinion than factual).

I picked up on them saying build an underground bunker so noisy neighbours cant see, they will hear all the works going on, and when applying for the planning permissions and bulding regulations, those records are public record.

Stay safe

I think it's fair to say that if you're in an area at or close to a nuclear detonation Traffic Wardens will be the least of your problems. I'd be worrying about the paint being sucked off my house and ending up with a permanent orange Afro.

To use a military phrase (which I have no right to do by the way) this website screams Walter Mitty to me.

Oh a Walt is not just attracted to the military, they love any uniformed service. Ambulances in particular are like a flame to the moths.

Fascinatingly bad! Yep, the layout's terrible - the grammar also has appalling lapses - and huge statements are made with no attempt to back them up. The list of links is the same; the last link is "alienshift" - they dont' link to it, so I won't, and the heading on the home page is "ET DISCLOSURE, UFO,TIME TRAVEL, MARS, HAARP, ASCENSION, FREE ENERGY, MONTAUK, DULCE, ET,NIKOLA TESLA".

"Bargepole", "touch" and "don't" come to mind ...

I found the Target Areas map quite amusing. Who would want to nuke Jophn O'Groats!?
The targets appear to be random, they haven't highlighted military locations or, even, population centres. You know, things that military forces might actually aim at.

As for their facts, they're just wrong:

1. 'The following descriptors show the damage to expect from a 1 MT detonation (these examples are true for an explosion taking place in the air, maximizing effective range of device)' - Airburst detonations are not used for destrution, they're deployed to make use of the EMP effect. Ground detonations are far more destructive. I can provide an explanation of how a nuclear detonation work, if anyone wants/needs one.

2. The Tzar Bomb was estimated to be 50-58MT not, as they claim, 100MT.

If they can't get the basic facts, which you can get of the internet, correct, I wouldn't trust anything else they say! As Arzosah said, "Bargepole", "touch" and "don't".

A facility called Dounreay perhaps? http://www.dounreay.com/
Since the 1950s it has been the site of several nuclear research establishments, including a prototype fast breeder reactor and a test for submarine reactors. Most of these facilities are now being decommissioned.
