Katilea on Facebook there is a site called UK snow Updates for Winter it is suppose to give 24/48 hour warning of bad weather

I'm of the opinion that these sort of stories in the press do frankly more harm than good. Yes on one hand it's important to be informed but sensational forecasts like this do little but make the majority lose faith in the scientific community. I've seen and heard it all before , "we're all going to freeze in September" , "we're all going to die of aids/Ebola/ bird flu , swine fever , foot and mouth" , " the economy's going to crash" , " asteroids" , " solar flares" and when the predictions come up short and the world doesn't end people start to disbelieve a little more each time.

Wasn't the world supposed to end because of that blood moon?!
Getting a bit cold in Huddersfield on the nights but no frost or regular single figure temps yet.
