Re: Motorhome prepping
A van conversion is something i will do in my life. After seeing the idea in a few blogs and on the Tube, i became hooked on the idea almost instantly. A sprinter conversion is what i'd love to do. OP - have you looked into van conversions at all? If not, have a search on the Tube some of them are a...

Not versed in HAM radios at all.
However a user on this forum "Hamradioop" is the go to guy for getting started out, so i'll keep my mouth closed and let the veteran take this one if he sees fit.

Got a 30L rucksack for a fiver that'd been used once but looked as if it'd never been used. I could go on, but car boots are definately worth a look arou...

Re: Out of date UHT
I use UHT pretty much everyday. Works out better for me as a 4pint will go off before i can finish it.
I do get what people mean though - the taste/smell can be odd if you're not used to UHT.

Re: New Northern Prepper
My goal is to be able to keep my family fed, watered and safe if an event should occur. I don't see no reason why you shouldn't fit in here. This is one of the most important things to think about when prepping, in my opinion. And the media show us as loonies. Welcome to the forums. Get stuck in, t...

Re: Suggest an EDC Pen
After much deliberation, i've decided to go with a stainless steel fine sharpie. Cost me £6.00 for the pen, refills and a case from Amazon. Should be here tomorrow. I can upload photos of it, and how it writes if anyone is interested. However, many thanks for your suggestions guys. Fisher Space pen ...

Re: Suggest an EDC Pen
Don't you have to keep at least one black pen though decaff as I'm pretty sure some offical type forms say to write only in black ? Screw fix tend to provide most of my pencils . I'm in and out quite often and always pick some up. Not the greatest quality and wood coloured so very easy to lose amon...
