Thought i would just say that a cross bow/any weapon is 100% necessary and exactly why the Americans protect their right to bear arms and so they should. our country and the mass of people in it have been put into a stupid sense of false security that they are above such actions as to carry a weapon...

this week i have got my double allotment to start growing my own veg and chickens and rabbits
I have bought more food got a 3 months supply of tinned stuff looking into cheap freeze dried stuff now
Ordered my bio diesel processor

I dont worry about the 2012 thing at all I think the more realistic problem will be goods and money especially with what is happening next year, but I am not going to go political

I would bug in and I think it is what everyone should try to do. I do however have a backups incase we haev to bug out although I hope that we would never need to.

I have a 175lb crossbow and a pistol crossbow. I believe they are a very important part of your kit should anything happen. I also have a sling shot and a pistol bb gun for target practise.
