To me having a BOL or 3 is just another prep. If I need to bug out I will. My main fear is the government, under the civil contingencies act they can seize food stocks for 'sharing', that could wipe out our preps and leave us in the position we are prepping to avoid. Probably/maybe won't happen but ...

I have a wooded area nearby picked out should things ever get so bad, pretty much the same 'facilities' as you Danny, except there is a stream, river is further away. Having carefully read the rule I can see no reason why old vehicles cannot be used to store fuel (in their fuel tanks) if a person has adequate land to stand them on. The vehicles would have to be SORNed though to comply with another law.

I like the area I live in, farming/shooting country so lots of game etc, I would though like to buy a more detached house that is a bit more isolated.
