The problem with adrenaline amps, or epipens is the very short expiry date

Lignocaine/suture material needs a significant level of medical knowledge to use safely - I'd suggest superglue for wound closure [as pioneered by the US special forces during spec ops]

There is good evidence that learning a wind instrument helps asthma [probably by the breathing exercises], also could be a useful morale raiser ITSHTF

The March snow storm left us without power overnight, and roads which were impassable by a normal [non 4x4] car for about a week. This crystallised my thoughts on having some preps for food/power. Hi

joined as I was in the worst part of Northern Ireland which was hit by the snow, and amazed at how little prepared, some people were.

Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.
