Heres my list for the week, Home bargins Morning fresh washing up liquid x 2 £1.00 Dried banana chips 69p x 2 1.38 ASDA tinned carrots x 5 95p tinned peas x 5 £1.00 Rice 1kg x 2 80p Total 5.13 Just doing this for a month I've amassed a surprising amount of supplies so far.

It'd be a good idea to open some of the stuff you buy and eat it so you can see what it tastes like. Ok here's what I've bought this week, RICE 2 kg 80P TINNED MADARINS IN JUICE X 4 92P TINNED KIDNEY BEANS X 5 £1.05 STILL WATER 1O LTR £1.70 SALT 1 KG 25P TINNED CHICKEN SOUP X 1 22P TOTAL £4.94 I'm really enjoying this its making me think more carefully about what I buy.

You could try "military kit" in Manchester city centre if your local. They've repaired jackets for me in the past, might do boots to.

Thanks for all the feed back so far, Krisward what does the rice you mention taste like?
