Another little thing I find handy are SPLASH water flavouring. It's the rough size of a tictac tin and flavours 15 ltr of water I always have them on me they are full of vitamins and energy to keep you going I get them from tesco for around £1.50 but I'm sure you will find them in other stores aswe...

Hey all looking at this bio lite stove for my bag . Yes it was on you tube I seen them You are right about the laws but I think they would be pretty handy if shtf to conserve energy and you don't need to be out in the rain etc . Anything to make life easier is a good tool in my book and deserves a place in my BOB lol Just concerned about the life spa...
