Another little thing I find handy are SPLASH water flavouring. It's the rough size of a tictac tin and flavours 15 ltr of water I always have them on me they are full of vitamins and energy to keep you going I get them from tesco for around £1.50 but I'm sure you will find them in other stores aswe...

Hey all looking at this bio lite stove for my bag . Is anyone saying they can live of the land for a week without bringing any food at all with them? If so can you tell me what you eat and what equipment you take with you? Yes it was on you tube I seen them You are right about the laws but I think they would be pretty handy if shtf to conserve energy and you don't need to be out in the rain etc . Anything to make life easier is a good tool in my book and deserves a place in my BOB lol Just concerned about the life spa...
