Good whisky would be something I'd miss too. I can brew and know how to distill but it would take generations to be good enough to make a 16 yo Lagavulin ;) Exactly, although small household still are possible, for “essential oils”, never tried myself and the health implications of getting it wrong...

Since my dad passed away (May 2018) I’ve gotten quite involved in the whisky community - tastings, blogs and YouTube reviews.
