You can get a cat or dog enclosure with a gas mask tent style
Its around 700£ from a top gas mask maker. Mira I believe .

Cat food need dry & wet.
Have 2 cats
One is very nervous.
Have water (cats can drink less clean water than people)

The only real benefit is if you have something that can use a power pack. I do have little lights that can plug into them but would probably not use them for that.
