I don't have kids so I don't know whats 'normal' anyway, but from the few I've seen posted it seems to be standard stuff just packed heavy.
One thing I do remember from when I was a lot younger.
You can never have too many changes of clothes for small kids.
My younger brother could walk into the Gobi and still find a puddle to fall in

Congratulations!
Thinking of how vulnerable small babies are to dehydration, you might research appropriate types of water purification, and look at rehydration solution - even for ordinary problems, if a whole neighbourhood is evacuated to a community centre because of a fire, its going to take time for tiny-baby-type-stuff to become available. Better for you to have it on hand...

Congrats
Don't panic and enjoy!
One thing I used to make sure my baby bag had in it apart from the normal nappies, creams, wipes, food and Calpol, was what ever music seemed to sooth her and also a couple of small toys and a tiny book. One cuddly will loose its charm as will one rattle, so as long as they are small, bring several. Again the music can be a distraction, or enable a calm to descend. ( Good for us parents' too!) You will find that these toys may need to be changed every month as they develop fast! You may find that he or she responds to different music or sounds after a few months as well, and again, change the book every few months too.
Oh and I second the change of clothes - you always need more than you think when out and about!

Re: Baby Preppers?
Thanks so much guys for all your tips, both me and my *better* half appreciate them all. We're both so excited to welcome our little girl into the world and into our crazy world of preps! Especially when she gets old enough to understand so much we can take her along to our camp outs and show her the different skills we've learned to her.
Once again, thank you guys so much

Congratulations, a nappy bag with nappies, bottles, formula, powders, creams and lotions. I would also suggest you look into cotton nappies rather than disposables. Yes it is a bit more work but not much . More environmentally friendly and probably cheaper and if the SHTF one more area covered.
