Until I checked the link, I thought this was the "paracord" style cord that they and 99p Stores were selling. Not recommended. I used that stuff to suspend my hammock and it stretched so I readjusted it. Then it snapped.
The fall to the ground wasn't the problem. It was that the ground was sodden wet/muddy.
I've not tested this rope. For hanging a shelter sheet, you could well get by by separating the individual strands so that one length of rope produces 3x lengths of cordage suitable for the basha.

Last Summer, Poundland and 99p Stores were also selling enamelled tins with a stainless steel looking locking lid. All seemingly fireproof and suitable as a pot for cooking. I made a backup brew kit which I keep at my parents' home (untested as yet). (The tomatoes tin is for scale):

After taking this pic, I created a method of hanging it over a fire. Electrical wire with the plastic shielding removed. Solid copper wire secured around the tin with 3x small rings (you can use paperclips) and 3x stranded wires leading to a split ring (for hooking onto a hanger). The 3x wires hook to the small rings/paperclips. When not in use, they can be carried inside the tin along with a brew kit, fire making kit or food bits and pieces.
