A good diet HAS to be medicine in itself. Good link. I have an old Asian neighbour( in his 90's) who eats a mainly vegetarian diet-most grown in his garden! He drinks water and tea and walks 3 miles every afternoon, after he has chopped wood for his evening fire. Lovely man, and an inspiration. We swap seeds and plants and I help him with repair jobs. In return , he gave my Wife a corking recipe for veg curry!
He also believes food is medicine.

Oh yes, he told me Sunday he may need help to dig his 150 ft garden this year-just half of it -as at 93 it is not as easy as it was!!! A lesson to us all. And he swears by Garlic.
