No Worries. :D

Is better to have it in the hands of a fellow prepper than gathering dust in a charity shop.

I have never brewed anything as yet. My first project will be wine but after that I would like to move onto Rum. Spiced and Dark Rum. I do like me Rum!

Book arrived today Thank you very much

Great book! I haven't done any wine making for a while now, but the first I ever made was date wine from this book and it was AMAZING! Almost like a (very potent) sherry. Worked brilliantly and impressed even my wine aficionado Father-In-Law!!

I have had a browse through the book and it looks really good. I have a few other project I would like to work on first but I have seen cheap wine making kit in Wilkinson's for when I decide to try it. So was it easy to get a successful batch even as a beginner?
