Thanks for the reply jansman like you I have always had the bigger dogs working and non working this little chap is so different a real sweetie, he is good in the house, sleeps all night and never leaves your side what more could you want. As he is a rescue dog we keep wondering what's the catch?

Sometimes dogs end up in rescue because their owners are unable to keep them (elderly and going into a home, or died for example) rather then getting rid of a fashion excessory or a 'problem' dog *
You're happy, Pooch is happy...... All is good
* I don't believe that any dog is an unsurmountable problem, just that some need more from their owners then others.
