Hello from Wales

Post by Itchy »

Hi to one and all. I've been prepping, or perhaps better described as accumulating 'stuff', for around over a decade. Own a few acres of ground punctuated with old cars, rubble and timber in not a very rural area, wild camp now and again, fish, woodland forage a bit, shoot small game from time to time but not really a master of any skill. Plan to go off grid - if get the funds together - and going through another phase of get ready for SHTF type scenarios. If it doesn't happen the things gathered get put to good use anyway when work is lean, but that said I think James Lovelock is right and we have 15 years before the real horror of climatic change is revealed.

As a climate change nut, I used to think I had 15 years but now I think James Lovelock is seriously optimistic.
