Hiya Mate
I recommend you go Here, plenty of good ideas.
I take it you're asking about both a 72 hour BoB and an INCH* kit ?
Problem is because everyone's bug-out plan is different everyone's BoB is also different.
Whats your plan?
Whats your budget?
Whats your level of fitness and training?
Help us to help you, the more info we have the better the advice

Emergency “grab bag”
In an emergency situation you may need to move quickly, so it is important to have
a few necessities to hand. Ideally, prepare a small easy-to-carry bag with
essentials and store it in an accessible place ready to go. At the very least, have
an up-to-date check list for things to put into your emergency “grab bag”. The bag
contents will vary depending on your needs but may include:
Emergency items Clothing and Equipment
Essential/prescribed
medication, plus asthma and
respiratory aids
Hearing aids
Spectacles/contact lenses
Useful phone numbers
Mobile phone and charger
House and car keys
Money and credit cards
First aid kit
Basic toiletries e.g.
toothbrush and toothpaste,
sanitary towels
Other essential items can vary
according to your needs and the
weather, but may include:
Supplies for babies and small
children
Food, formula and drink
Change of clothing
Nappies
Toys, books and activities
Food and water
Bottled drinking water
Special food needs
Canned or dried food
Can opener
Wind and rainproof clothing
Strong shoes for outdoors
Waterproof torch and spare
batteries (check regularly)
Radio and spare batteries
(check regularly)
(perhaps you could consider
getting wind-up torches and
radios).
Other items to consider
Copies of insurance
documents

Re: kit i should aquire
I think, as you are new to prepping, you should forget about the INCH kit for now and build up to it. My advice for now is to start with an EDC (Everyday Carry) kit and then go for a normal 72 hour BOB.
For an EDC kit you should consider:
- Phone
- Wallet
- Money (separate from my wallet I also have a £20 note rolled up in a small case on my keys)
- Lighter
- A legal-carry knife or multi-tool
- Pocket FAK (First Aid Kit)
- Personal medication
- USB with personal info, pictures, photocopies of passport etc
For the BOB you could then consider adding:
- Spare pair of clothes
- 72 hours food and water
- FAK
- Torch
- High Vis jacket
- Something to cook on and in (army hexy stoves and a mess tin are a good choice)
- Personal Medication
- Notepad and pen
- Matches or flint and steel or both
- Knife
- Folding Saw
- Sleeping bag or wool blanket
- Wind up radio
- Collins Gem SAS Survival Guide
- Waterproofs
- Spork
- Paracord
- Water Purification tabs
- Survival tin
- Toothpaste, toothbrush and any other personal hygiene requirements
- Hand sanitizer
- Pack of Cards
Those are just a few items but the main thing is making it personal to you and thinking what you will need to carry everyday and what you will need to survive for 3 days away from home.
