For those who have issues with Gluten, be careful. i dont think that acorns are gluten free

The best way to eat acorns is by Pannage, but most people don't have the needed equipment.

Heard of them being used as a coffee sub as well as for flour, I don't know if you can treat them like other nuts once leeched. Oak Tofu anyone ?
