Hi guys,
I'm from North Yorkshire and would like to get into prepping, probably enough to cover for a month or 2 in a SHTF scenario.
I came across prepping on a website a few weeks ago when I was searching for something and it caught my attention. Since then, I've been researching water filtration techniques, bushcraft and also a weapon of sorts(thinking crossbow), primarily for hunting if no other alternative was available in a 1-2 month plus scenario.
I've also come across the emergency network on the site and find it very interesting. I think I fall under area 10 so I'll shortly be dropping my details to itsybitsy.
A few questions I have are, what exactly will the emergency network provide in a SHTF scenario? I found the page that lists the locations, etc but was hoping to get more info around this.
Also, would any members look into meeting and teaming up in a long term scenario? I would imagine this could work quite well if the members catered for 1-2 months solo, but then each focused on a specific resource for 2 months plus scenarios where they would meet other member in their area and combine their 'specialist' resources for a longer term plan?
Anyway - quite a long intro, so hello all!

Hello and welcome to the Forum.
Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.
