I'm with Darktide on this, better to have dedicated window boards then have to spend the time cutting your shed up.
I'll also agree Marine ply is better for the job, but would add that Shuttering Ply is just as water resistant and cheaper (because it doesn't use 'Face-wood' on the outer plys).... It also tends to be thicker because of its designed use. http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-shutter ... youknowout
Avoid Wafer board as I don't think its suitable for exterior use

Years ago I had a Garage Flat roof totally rebuild as it was built with chipboard, the previous owner had not maintained the felt, so I ended up with a collapsing roof. None of this could be seen because the previous owner had it full of Autojumble. Any way I asked the roof to totally strip the roof and replace it with marine ply for water resistance. The roofer suggested I use shuttering as it was cheaper and just as waterproof. The previous owner even left an austin 7 chassis in the loft which i promptly scrapped on moving in. He had the cheek to phone up several weeks later and ask to collect it, i referred him to the scrap yard.

Thats completely breaking Rule 7
I'm surprised he didn't get an ear/flea interface

Job List:
1. Under stair storage from kitchen is large and long, this will be shelved with a "secret" boxed off section at the end. this small area will be for security preps that will never see the light of day unless we have complete social meltdown.
the res of the area will be set up as a floor to ceiling pantry/dry foods store.
2. with our new fairly secure back yard i will be putting an alarmed shed. no my idea for this is as any shed would be with one exception... this is my window timber. i will measure each window in the house and mark this on the interior of the shed as a plan with cut lined and labels, in Major TSHTF scenario this can be collapsed and cut up to board the windows...
3. The house already benefits from a security system (bonus) added to this will be 360 cameras on each wall (detached house) and in-case of power outage front and back doors will be fitted with battery powered door alarms.
4. Attic, The attic space is quite useable and has pull down stairs/ladder this will be used for long term non perishable and community preps, Blankets, Clothing, Military hardware, lanterns, etc. This space will have battery operated short term use lighting for one time unload if needed.
5. Sons army room. some of you may have seen my plan for my sons room this has chnaged dramatically as it is a much smaller room. It will still be done just on a smaller scale... the key factor with this room is "hiding in plain site" the camo nets, ammo cases, gas masks, etc etc will all seem to my son and his friends and anyone viewing the house as a cool childs army/call of duty theme room. to my is more storage for things we can and will use if TSHTF .
That's so far what im thinking and starting to design... (leave the mrs to pick wall colors etc)
any further thoughts, questions or ideas for me please let me know

What you done in terms of fire safety. We have a full interlinked fire detection system in the house so if one activates they all sound.. Fire extinguishers in key areas.. 2l Wet chemical in the kitchen and fire blanket 6 kg dry powder and 3l water spray in the hall and a dry powder on the landing and in the attic
The workshop has 2 6kg powder a 6l foam a 2kg co2 and a 3l water spray
Having been trained to use them you soon realise that the iccle domestic ones are next to useless
If your roughing it, Your doing it wrong
Lack of planning on your part doesn't make it an emergency on mine
