I know the title of this post is a bit cryptic.

Being a mixed nationality family. We had purchased a the perfect Prepper Homestead in the U.S.

It is in Upstate New York near the Canadian Border.

Plans have changed though and we are staying here in the UK. (Complicated Story)

So if you know anyone that would be interested, the land is now for sale.

I wouldn't take your money anyway, but it's a pity it's near the border. If it was in Canada, I can think of someone who might be interested, someone who fishes. However, he is Scottish and has moved to Canada and I don't think he'd be able to take advantage of a piece of land in the US. Such a pity. For such a small sum of money ($52k), it's a bargain and I wish it was available over here for that. I will mention it to him just in case. Out of interest, does it have any kind of planning permission (I didn't read all of the details - just had a quick look)?

I appreciate the sentiment of not taking any money.

The rules are different over there. You own the land, you can do what you wish with it within reason. You can build what you want on it. No permissions required.
