hi all
i live in colchester area in zone 4
im a member of the forum already but forgot my details lol
anyway im prepping for a econmic collapse,power outage and or EMP

my main area of prepping is communications so anyone who wants comms advice then i can help
im a licensed amateur radio operator and also a member of essex raynet the emergancy communications network which you may of heard of.

i have a small family which also help me prep and give a reason to ensure safety and strong preparedness for any situation

hope everyone is cool and will have a good read on the forum to see what i can learn from others
cheers i have a youtube channel from which i post various things including radio equuipment reviews etc.

Hello and welcome essexmolecomms,
I'm in Chelmsford and my family are into prepping also.
I was on the old illegal AM CB back in the late 70s early/ 80s but I may well need your help when the AM/FM/SSB allowance come in this year, if it hasn't already.
I can't for the life of me remember how to tune an antenna in with a swr meter.
