Carry a sharpening stone - then anything metal = knife :)

Good idea although one can save the weight and use what's around for sharpening , stone buildings for example. Look at old churches and it is often possible to find grooves and marks where people have done just that. It's also possible ( I know because I've done it after forgetting an oilstone :oops: ) to use brick and at a push concrete.
