Morrisons meat deal.

Just a heads up if you have a local morrisons.

On Thursday they have a voucher for £5 off a £10 meat deal in the Sun news paper (40 pence).

I did this two weeks ago and as a prepper I went back and forward 8 times and filled the freezer.

Now not everyones cup of tea but the three for ten pounds meat deal is fair but for a five is sorted.

Get three good pieces of salmon and make some gravlax - google it - its not moorish its addictive!!!! The fish pieces for fish pie is another good one.

Get some money back from the big four supermarkets.

Get this weeks Super 6 Fruit & Vegetable Offers from 14th August - 27th August 2014 @ Aldi for 39p each

- Cucumber
- Spring Onions ((100g)
- Mixed Chillies (80g)
- Broccoli
- Carrots (1Kg)
- Sweetheart Cabbage

You only need to add roasts/mash. Thats two sunday type dinners to feed at least 4 for under a tenner.
