Hi all
Hope your doing well?
Right so my first proper post I'm curious of what would be the one thing you'd take with you should you be bugging out or in a survival situation, and it can be one thing no survival packs etc you crafty devils lol.

Mine would be my axe

I think that this will be good to see what people think is there most important bit of gear and will be an ideal thing for new people to think one.

My machete if it was one thing only. It has a fire steel in the handle and some Vaseline/cotton wool balls so is a multi use item.

From this I can use the machete to build shelter and also start fire.

Yeah my knife (thats probably going to be the theme here) i can use it to make everything from fire to shelter to carving sticks into traps
