Hi - in the site rules post, it says if unsure about posting a topic please PM a moderator. However, as a new user I get warning when I attempt to access private messages "We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature."

Please can a mod clarify how we contact them if unsure of our ground?
