I'm a. Brit living in France since 2001. I'm prepping for the gradual rundown of society thanks to peak oil, global warming, overpopulation etc. I'm pretty multi-skilled - veg plot, chickens, food smoker, dehydrator and a big stache of food just in case. I can also build and repair stuff.

Your current preps sound really good! I'm constructing a cold smoker/dehydrator, or I was, but its on hold at the moment for various reasons.
