I am Sam aka Hackney Prepper from London. I have loved the outdoors and camped most of my life but the last few years gotten into wild camping. I am a tech geek and Bitcoin junkie.
I always have the urge to just up and leave the city and go into the woods but the strict laws around land ownership holds me back. I have been on a few courses and prepper meets which is great but what I really need is to find spots (with permission) as close to London as possible and within walking distance of a train or bus station as I don't drive.
If anyone knows of any good places in kent or essex that land owners are ok with people spending a night or 2 in their woodland then please let me know.
Hi HackneyPrepper, welcome to the forum. Interesting about the digital currency! I've no clue as to the answer, but its a really good question - hope somebody who knows will be along soon.

If voting changed anything, they'd make it illegal.
Not sure if it's allowed but Epping forest is a lovely place, you could try there. Many ways to access, but avoid High Beech area as its filled with teenagers and their cars/bikes most nights!
