Pek

Post by JamieSmith »

Hi All

Not too sure if I should post this in this section so sorry if it is wrong. I just wanted to let people know that asda's currently have tinned pek (larger tins) on offer for £1 with a good shelf life.

Thanks Jamie - I'd no idea what Pek was :? apparently its cured pork - 90% pork, so not bad at all.

Yeah 90% pork of which a good bit is fat, I like it well enough mind you
I have a strategy, it's not written in stone, nor can it be, this scenario has too many variables, everything about it depends on those variables, being specific is not possible.

Yep hot or cold it is very nice :) and for the price as well, and a great shelf life. I already have some in my stocks but its worth getting more for that price I see it up to £2.50 a tin in some places.

I don't know if we have a section about food deals in shops like a thread of items people find. If we don't it may be a good idea to set one up maybe?

Never heard of this so just had a quick look, not MRM! Impressive, 70% pork too. That was from Iceland.
