hi people, im new here, just getting into prepperin'

i have 3 locations that will be good to go should the shit hit the fan. they are local locations, im currently researching further a field locations.

ive been a keen shooter/hunter since youth thanks to been brought up in a hunting family. my dad did alot of poaching and i learned alot too. including avoiding people, important part of poaching.

my reason to be ready - i spent sometime in a brimingham hospital, i was put on a army ward, things i saw really did hit home, what if war comes here, do i really want to end up a victim.

anyway, my main reason is war. but people and nature are unpredictable forces. as we saw in the riots afew years back, that could of easily became more, governments losing control. im sure you all get the idea.

These locations your looking at are they for bugging out or are you planning on setting up shop before SHTF ?

Mizer, the locations i have are a woodland. basic bugout.

second is a small patch of private owned land, that is extremely overgrown, its about the size of a house and small garden, i do not own the land but no one seems to care about it. ive checked it out, its a nice little location as its isolated and there is a family of foxes who have live there.

third and best location - ideal for setting up long term - a abandoned under ground water tank, last in use in the 1930s, its right on my doorstep and hardly anybody knows its there. as its difficult to find and access. i have lived round here all my life and me and my mates only discovered it when we were 19. there is a hatch in the ground and ladders take you down inside the tank.
