Hello from Northern Ireland

Post by Ladyprepper »

Hello everyone,

I'm really pleased to have found this site, I read many American ones, before I found this little island of local sanity. :tinfoil

So.. I've always done a litte quiet prepping on the side, just buying a few extra things here or there, but living in a tiny rented bungalow with my family, I had literally nowhere to store much of anything at all.

Long story short, I have recently inherited a house!

I have already staked my claim on a nice dry, secure garden shed and I am picturing in my mind the bank of solar panel that I could put on the roof of the old lean-to conservatory. A joiner friend of mine has already repaired the broken fence at the back, or as I prefer to think of it, he has secured the perimeter. :D

Now I can finally do some of the things that I have always wanted to do, preparedness wise and I'm looking forward to learning from you all.
