I read this book a few months ago and thought some of you might find it interesting. It's not really a preppy book per se, but it deals with the psychological impact of trauma and disasters. I thought it was a nicely balanced book, and offered a decent insight into the potential reactions people have in life threatening situations.
Some of the stories are pretty horrifying though! I sort of felt like if the SHTF, I should go and live in a cave on my own...

TBH I quite often feel I ought to go and live in a cave on my own (with dogs! ) Life would be so much easier...................
