First time post

Hi All
My name is Bill and my hobbies have found me here, I like most country sports where I can put food on the table, I like walking, open canoeing, shooting, fishing, Bushcraft, spending much time in the woods, ham mocking, I make hedgerow wines, liqueurs, I like carving wood I like making anything in my man cave, my dislikes are TV, indoors, fast food, my prepping is a buried blue barrel in the woods with a tarp water brew kit and a kettle in mainly for my visits to the woods. Then I got thinking about prepping, I am just browsing and asking questions for now as I have nothing to offer when it comes to prepping, but sometimes it’s good to have a fresh look on things different ideas that makes you think outside the box, so hope I can offer something to the forum. Why am I prepping? Not sure yet.

Why am I prepping? Not sure yet.

Welcome Bill, I like that, prepping isn't a bad idea and linked to your hobbies little wonder the wheel turns as they say and it has not been that long since preparing for the changing seasons, harvesting, planting, preserving, hunting seasons etc, at the heart of modern (UK at any rate) prepping is good old common sense, not a paranoid fear of the end of the world.
