We had the same thing here on two local estates. One Dutchman and one English. The Dutch one went bankrupt and left. The other one thinks he's smart - has lots of young gamekeepers, non-local, and they "accidentally" let the dogs out if people walk on their land. They all drive through the village far too fast and they have a helicopter brings in shooters from Edinburgh. This type of person brings nothing to a community whatsoever.
