Storage tins
Found these in my local 99p shop today. They are enameled and measure 10cm in dia. I'm presuming being enameled they'd be OK for boiling water in?

My prepping consists of bugging out by bicycle so any comments are likely to be based on that scenario.

Re: Storage tins
I've got something like those, wondering if its enamel or 'enamel-type coating'
I had a metal mug that I thought was enamelled, but when I boiled water in it the coating lifted at the bottom inside corner.

Re: Storage tins
I use the one I have for storing my brew kit in. Must have a look for some more next time I go into town.
