Hello from North Kent

Post by The-Mendologist »

Hello everyone, my name is Andy and i live in North Kent.
I have been a long term lurker so i thought it was time to join the forum. I am here just like everyone else, to gain more info on prepping and survival rediness so when the SHTF i am ready.
I am also a full licence ham radio operator too and i also own a 4x4, so i am a little prepaired for what may happen.

hello and welcome Andy, what are you prepping Concerns, I wonder if the American Liberty ship, 1199 Richard Montgomery is one of them. I remember seeing it in the sixties when I lived in Wormshill with my folks.

The Montgomery is still there just 300 yards off the beach, not worried about Sheerness, i wont voice my opinions about that area on here.
So you were once a local lad then! i have been to Wormshill to visit the light railway there, the radio club i am with went there a couple of years back to set up a station for railways on the air and had a smashing time, being an engineer i can appreciate the live steam thing.

Thanks to those who have welcomed me so far.
