Hungry humans are dangerous.

Post by Preston Guy »

Hi, I am trying to prepare for what’s coming but I am seriously worried about security. Our paper money is turning into scrap paper. The rest of the world is getting fed up of giving us their goods and we just give them a piece of paper printed by some joker bankers.

When the Lorries stop coming up the M6 to restock the shelves, it will be apocalyptic. I live on a street with a row of houses and protecting my family and property from hordes of hungry desperate people will be near imposable. I would prefer a compound with a caravan with several layers of subtle but serious defences, but I don’t have to money to do that.

Getting my family to understand the seriousness of this situation is also proving difficult. Their normalcy bias is very strong and I have for now given up on getting their help. I will do what I can as I really do believe the meltdown of the whole system is going to happen and is not far away.

I have made a sound bomb by using 6 attack alarms 120Db each connected together, if there is a home invasion I press the button and all I and they can do is put our hands over our ears. Hopefully they will just run out to get away from the noise.
Good luck to us all.

One of the moderator team will move this post to a more appropriate section.
In three words I can sum up everything I have learned about life: It goes on.

Covid 19: After that level of weirdness ,any situation is certainly possible.

You could fit steel doors, upgrade all the locks on the windows, 3M sell security window films, get a big dog, plant the garden up with plants such as Blackthorn on all garden walls.

Note to self: Add ear defenders to home-invasion kit.
