Post-Event Communication

Post by Ward8G »

Hi All,

Apologies if this has already been discussed, I'm still relatively new to the forum and haven't had the time to read through all of the historic topics and posts...

Has the subject of a 'Post-Event' two-way radio frequency/channel been discussed? I mean one of the PMR446 channels would probably be the obvious choice, considering that this will be the type of radio easiest to scavenge, (or cheapest to buy as a 'prep').. I guess I'd just like to know if there's an agreed communication method among UK preppers? it would certainly make regrouping with fellow like-minded people easier following a SHTF scenario...
