He got his loo roll from dumpster diving, made me laugh but the stuff that gets thrown out just because of a slight imperfection is just madness.

It looks great, but if anybody tried to do the same thing in a bleak horrible Scottish winter - or even summer lol - they wouldn't last a week. But I enjoyed the video :mrgreen:

Lovely, but would that work in an English February? IMHO, probably not. No insulation, no indoor heating and cooking in the rain would be problematic. But on the other hand in some respects , its pretty much the way that people used to live in the pre tudor era

Trying to do something like that with our red tape the council would be round like a shot with a list of what we can't do and if you could get it pass the council an open roof toilet in this country come on :lol: :lol: would be nice though

Whenever I read of open air toilets, it immediately brings to mind a friend who lives in Alaska. He goes to his outhouse carrying a loaded Rifle after coming face to face with a Bear once, luckily it was upon exiting. He never suffers from constipation. :mrgreen:
