You could try your closest PDSA, they only ask for a donation that you can afford, they also provide prescriptions and repeat prescriptions as well.

I'm not on the dole so they aren't interested in helping us.

Aaah did not know that, thought it was open for anyone, but yes your right just checked eligibility and you need to be receiving housing benefits or universal credits. I cannot find any reputable website that accepts prescription meds without a vets script though.
