Hello from drizzly Stoke-on-Trent

Post by aardvark »

Hi all, the name's Paul and I'm married with a 7 year old daughter. I started prepping (to a limited degree at present) after reading a few books and realising how fragile society is with it's dependence on infrastructure and computers. Furthering reading on the Carrington event and the 12% chance of a serious solar flare hitting the earth did it for me! The wife thinks I'm mad so she has no idea of the scale of what we have hidden away. Read quite a few of the sites blogs as a guest and thankfully realise I'm not quite as off the rails as the other half thinks.
