)In a bowl, whisk two cartons of double cream til soft peak stage.
Dry toast in a pan, a handful of pinhead oatmeal.
In the cream, spoon in as much honey as you like (for this amount of cream I usually use half a jar)
fold in well. Then add your whisky and fold that in.
In the bottom of serving glasses, couple tablespoonfuls Scots raspberries.
Spoon the cream/honey/whisky mix into the glasses on top of the rasps.
Add a spoonful of rasps on top of this whole mix.
Top off with crunchy toasted oatmeal.
Voila! Boozy, sweet, creamy, all in one. Because the post apocalypse doesn`t have to be without sweet things
